W1v3 10-inch Subwoofer Driver (300 W, 2 Ω) The 10W1v3 is an outstanding choice when space is very tight and amplifier power is moderate. It features shallow mounting depth (4.6 in. / 117 mm) and a compact motor structure, allowing it to comfortably fit in a lot of spaces where a typical 10-inch driver will not. Lacking a pole vent, the rear of the motor structure can be placed directly against an enclosure boundary. Excellent excursion capability and linearity allow it to reproduce sub-bass with shocking extension and quality. Several of JL Audio’s proprietary technologies enhance its performance and reliability. The 10W1v3-2 is best used with amplifier power in the 75W—300W range and is optimized to operate in a compact 0.55 cu. ft. (15.57 l) sealed enclosure. Monoblock Class D Subwoofer Amplifier, 500 W x 1 @ 2 Ω ⁄ 300 W x 1 @ 4 Ω — 14.4V This rugged and reliable Class D monoblock uses a robust MOSFET power supply design that delivers rock-solid bass performance at a very affordable price. Targeted specifically for subwoofer applications, the JX500⁄1D includes a variable slope low-pass filter with continuously variable cutoff frequency selection from 50-200 Hz. It also features a variable bass boost at 45 Hz. with up to 12 dB of boost and an optional remote boost control. Dedicated hi-level inputs are included, in addition to conventional low-level RCA inputs, making it easy to integrate with a variety of OEM and aftermarket head units.

JL Audio XD400/4

4-Channel Class D Full-Range Amplifier, 100 W x 4 @ 2 Ω / 75 W x 4 @ 4 Ω — 14.4V This tiny amplifier packs a serious full-range punch, delivering a staggering 100 watts to each of its four channels into 2Ω (14.4V, 1% THD). The breakthrough that makes this much power possible in such a small chassis is our NexD™ ultra-high-speed switching design, which allows for full bandwidth Class D operation with extremely low distortion and outstanding efficiency. Use the XD400⁄4 in combination with our XD600/1 monoblock to build a 1000 W amplification system to power four satellites and a subwoofer… and fit the whole thing under a seat. Or, use the XD400/4 by itself to power two satellites, plus a subwoofer. With XD’s, the possibilities are endless. The XD400/4 includes a 12 dB / octave filter for each channel bank, which can be configured as a low-pass or high-pass filter and offers continuously variable cutoff frequency selection from 50-500 Hz. With the addition of an HD-RLC remote level control (sold separately), the amplifier’s Ch. 1 & 2 level or overall level can be directly controlled from the driver’s seat. This amplifier features a black powder-coat finish and a gasketed, brushed aluminum cover for the controls.

With this incredible little amplifier, you can drive two pairs of quality component speaker systems with plenty of clean power (75 W x 4 @ 4 Ω), while also delivering a stout 300 W of power to a subwoofer system. The breakthrough that makes this much power possible in such a small chassis is our NexD™ switching design. The XD700/5 includes a 12 dB / octave high-pass filter for one main channel pair, a 12 dB octave high-pass or bandpass filter for the other main channel pair, plus a variable slope low-pass filter for its subwoofer channel. All three filters offer continuously variable cutoff frequency selection from 50-500 Hz. This amplifier’s filters can also be configured as a true 3-way crossover, with a low-pass filter for the subwoofer channel, a bandpass filter on Ch. 3 & 4, and a high-pass filter on Ch. 1 & 2. An “x10″ multiplier switch on the Ch. 1 & 2 high-pass filter allows its cutoff frequency to be adjusted from 50-500 Hz or 500-5000 Hz.
